Communicate and interact with delegates using the Twitter platform

Message2Tweet allows for conference interaction before and during the event using the popular Twitter platform.

How it works

System set-up:
The event organisers set up a Twitter account via the M4E portal and incorporate this communication channel into their marketing activities before the time. People can choose to follow the Tweets sent out by the organisers in the normal way through Twitter. Event organisers can also request delegates’ Twitter names before the event or at registration, and once captured the system will automatically “follow” them.

Communicate with delegates:
Organisers send out Tweets via the M4E portal and these can be scheduled at any time before or during the event. M2T and M2A work co-operatively, in that any Message2All can also be set up to Tweet to the event’s twitter account.
