Simplify the process of capturing and retrieving sales leads for exhibitors and visitors

Message2Lead provides an electronic solution for managing sales leads at an exhibition. It is used by both exhibitors and visitors to the stands to simplify the process of initiating a contact, passing information between parties and bookmarking the contact for later retrieval.

 

It allows a visitor to let an exhibitor know that they’re interested in being contacted, but at a later stage.  

 

How it works

 

System setup:
Exhibitors register for the service and display a keyword or exhibitor code prominently on their stand. Visitors to the stand are then able to SMS the keyword/code to lodge an enquiry with the exhibitor. A reply message is sent which could contain additional information like web address details or other contact information.

Exhibitors:
Exhibitors are able to retrieve all sales leads generated through a secure web interface and make contact with the parties after the show. Exhibitors are also able to capture visitor’s details (registration code) directly through a web page or via a web link on their cellphone for later follow-up.

Visitors:
M2L allows visitors to selectively notify exhibitors that they’re interested in further discussions and would like to be contacted after the show. They can view all their “requests for contact” on the M4E portal where the organisations and relevant contact details will be posted.
